Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By registering, paying for or using Munim Ji, the customer confirms that it is authorised to act for the named business and accepts these terms, the Privacy Policy and the applicable commercial proposal or invoice.

2. Service and activation

Munim Ji provides business-specific software, hosting or deployment, implementation and support according to the selected package. A registration or successful payment does not by itself activate a production workspace. We may verify business details, confirm scope and approve the workspace before issuing access credentials.

3. Charges, taxes and payment

Displayed installation and service charges are exclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. The checkout shows the final payable amount before payment. Payment is processed by Razorpay. The customer must provide accurate billing and tax information. A tax invoice is issued after payment reconciliation and workspace approval.

4. Subscription and renewal

Access is provided for the billing period shown in the order or invoice. Renewal is not automatic unless the customer separately authorises an eligible recurring-payment arrangement. Non-payment, expiry, chargeback or material breach may suspend access; legally required records and backups may remain retained.

5. Customer responsibilities

• Keep usernames, passwords, OTPs and devices secure.
• Give access only to authorised users and assign suitable roles.
• Enter lawful, accurate business records and maintain any legally required original documents.
• Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious material or interfere with another company's data.
• Verify GST, accounting, tax and statutory filings with a qualified professional; the software is a record-keeping tool and not legal or tax advice.

6. Data and availability

The customer retains responsibility for its business data. We use reasonable security, backup and continuity measures, but maintenance, internet, third-party infrastructure or events outside reasonable control can interrupt availability. Material planned maintenance will be communicated when practical.

7. Intellectual property

Munim Ji software, branding, layouts and documentation remain the property of Himalaya Trading Company or its licensors. The customer receives a limited, non-transferable right to use the subscribed service for its own authorised business operations.

8. Cancellation, refunds and liability

Cancellations and refunds are governed by the published Cancellation and Refund Policy. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service period and excludes indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Changes and disputes

We may update these terms prospectively and show a revised effective date. The parties should first attempt good-faith resolution through the published contact channel. These terms are governed by Indian law, subject to applicable consumer protections and the jurisdiction of competent courts in Haryana.
