Shipping / Service Delivery Policy
Munim Ji is a digital software service; no physical goods are shipped under a normal subscription.
How delivery works
After registration and payment, Himalaya Trading Company reviews the submitted business and billing details. Once approved, the customer receives a company code, administrator username and temporary password or, for an approved local deployment, an installer and activation instructions.
Expected timeline
- Standard cloud workspace: normally within 1–3 business days after successful payment and verification.
- Configuration, opening-data import and role setup: according to the confirmed onboarding scope.
- Own-server, own-domain, offline or custom implementation: according to the written proposal and implementation schedule.
If verification information is incomplete, payment is pending/captured incorrectly, or custom work is required, delivery may take longer. We will use the registration contact details for coordination.
Delivery confirmation
Digital delivery is treated as complete when access credentials, activation details or the agreed implementation milestone are provided to the registered contact. The customer should change temporary passwords promptly and report access issues without sharing OTPs or payment credentials.
No physical shipping fee
No courier or physical shipping charge applies to standard Munim Ji subscriptions. If physical media, hardware or an on-site service is separately agreed, its price, address, timeline and delivery terms will appear in the proposal or invoice.
