Who we are
Munim Ji is a business-software service provided by Himalaya Trading Company, GSTIN 06DFHPK4171R1ZU, Khewat No-68, Jyani Colony, Bhadra Road, Mandi Adampur, Haryana 125052, India.
Information we collect
- Company, owner and contact information submitted during registration.
- GSTIN, PAN, billing address and invoice information when supplied.
- Account, role, device, session, security and audit information used to protect the service.
- Business records entered by an authorised company user, according to the modules that company enables.
- Payment order, payment-status and transaction-reference information. Card, UPI PIN, CVV and net-banking credentials are entered directly in Razorpay's checkout and are not stored by Munim Ji.
- Support requests and technical logs needed to diagnose errors and prevent abuse.
Why we use it
We use information to review registrations, create isolated company workspaces, provide software and support, process and reconcile payments, issue tax invoices, secure accounts, maintain backups, investigate errors and meet applicable accounting or legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers and disclosures
Information may be processed by infrastructure, database, backup, email or payment providers used to operate the service, including Razorpay for payments. We disclose only what is reasonably needed for the relevant service, security incident, legal requirement or protection of users and the business.
Retention and security
Account and business records are kept while the service is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for support, audit, invoice, tax, dispute and backup obligations. Retention can differ by record type. We use access controls, tenant separation, encryption for supported secrets and backups, audit logs and secure transport; no online system can promise absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information by contacting us. Some invoice, tax, security, payment or dispute records may need to be retained where required by law or legitimate record-keeping needs. Company administrators control the business data and users inside their workspace.
Children and changes
The service is for businesses and authorised adult users, not children. We may update this policy when the service or law changes; the effective date above will be revised.
