Cancellation & Refund Policy
Clear rules for software setup and subscription payments.
Cancellation
A customer may ask to cancel before workspace activation or before the next subscription period starts. Cancellation stops future service or renewal; it does not automatically reverse services already delivered. Munim Ji does not auto-renew unless a separate recurring-payment mandate is expressly authorised.
Refund eligibility
- A duplicate payment or an amount charged incorrectly should be reported within 7 calendar days of the transaction.
- Installation or onboarding charges are refundable if cancellation is accepted before implementation, configuration, training or data work begins.
- After implementation work begins, the unused portion may be reviewed case by case; work already completed and third-party costs are not refundable.
- A subscription payment may be considered for refund when the workspace has not been activated, or where a material service failure reported within 7 calendar days cannot be reasonably corrected.
- Change-of-mind requests after meaningful use, downloaded/offline activation, custom development, data migration or completed training are normally not refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
How to request
Contact us with the registered company name, mobile number, payment ID/order ID, payment date, amount and reason. Do not share card number, CVV, UPI PIN, OTP or banking password.
Processing time
Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method, normally within 5–7 business days. The bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the credit. Refund status is linked to the original transaction reference.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first so we can investigate. Fraudulent or duplicate chargebacks may lead to temporary suspension while the payment provider resolves the dispute.
